All apartments by Vivacity come with a complete furniture package, created by Vivacity to synergise with the Conran design and covering everything from large items such as sofas and beds to electrical equipment, kitchen utensils and window coverings. Kitchens have open plan living spaces, with wood flooring providing a light and airy feel to the apartments. Appliances and kitchen equipment are supplied ensuring you have everything you need on hand from day one.

Bathrooms are the latest in contemporary design, offering exceptionally high quality sanitaryware and fittings as well as floor to ceiling tiling throughout and heated towel rails. All bedrooms are carpeted with wool carpet for extra warmth and comfort.

Each individual apartment is space and colour planned, paying particular attention to details such as kitchen colours, floor and joinery finishes as well as décor and window designees. With security in mind, each apartment has a solid core oak veneer entrance door and video entry-phone system.
