Princes Dock offers a Concierge service to all residents and 24 hour CCTV. Extra services such as apartment cleaning, laundry collection and food delivery are available upon request. The Concierge is also able to offer access for deliveries tradesmen etc.

There is a 24hr tenant enquiry line should there be any queries or problems relating to the property. All furnishing is to a very high specification and is designed specifically to go with the apartment interiors.

We have a full Building Management service which takes care of all the communal areas and collects the service charge to ensure the building and external areas are properly maintained.
